Every Allure Studios piece is made to order just for you. Here's what to expect after you check out.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
Processing time
Because each item is printed when you order it, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be made before it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may be made in different locations and arrive in separate packages.
Order tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
